At Consumers Marine, we take pride in our products and want you to be
completely satisfied with your purchase! If you are not completely
satisfied with your purchase, please contact Customer Service at
1-888-672-5577 within 30 days of your purchase for a Return
Authorization (RA) Number. The merchandise must be new, unused, and in
the original factory packaging with all accessories, warranties, and
instructions. Upon return, a refund, less shipping and handling, will be
applied to the original form of payment, or an exchange item will be
promptly sent when requested. Please complete the invoice included in
your package and enclose it with your return. Address you return to:

27834. Your RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the
shipping container. All used or defective merchandise will be inspected
to determine proper credit and validity of claim. Returns are subject to
a 20% restocking fee if they do not meet the above criteria. Please note
that software, electronic charts, EPIRBs, activated satellite
telephones, life rafts, DVDs, and special orders may be returned for
replacement only, and only if they are defective.
After Installation
If you feel a product is not performing
correctly, please contact the appropriate
factory for assistance. For your convenience, a full listing of all manufacturers'
phone numbers is included with your order. Many times, this simple call can
resolve the difficulty you may be experiencing. And remember, there is no
substitute for reading the included operation/installation manuals!
